Is there away to convert the fron to Coilovers and get rid of the torsion bars, I am trying to get rid of the front diff alltogether and then use a set of 2x spindles up front.

Why in the world would you waste a sweet 4x yukon like that?! You can ditch the 4wd stuff and swap a 2wd tranny in and take out the front differential. All you gotta do is buy some late model 2wd wheel bearings. All chevy unit bearings are the same like that but the problem with our trucks is on the OBS front setup the spindles are threaded and the hubs have straight holes. On the NBS stuff the hubs are threaded and the spindle has straight holes so you would have to work something out there. Or do like ive suggested before and just take apart your front cv axles and leave the outter cup bolted through the bearing so you can always buy cheap bearings!! As far as going with a coilover setup, just ditch everything except the a-arms and clean the stock shock mounts off the frame and weld you a tab on the lower arm for the coilover mount and a new one up top. If you can build your motor setup you can handle converting yours to a coilover setup!! Rock on man

Well I already have 2 4x4's in the house now and there is no way the stock trasfercase will take that kind of power, I was hoping to go with a aftermarket set of shocks/coilovers in the front and just swap in some 2x spindles

Well if you dont think the stock transfer case will hold it, what makes you think the tranny will?? Honestly its worth upgrading to a 4L80E with the larger Borg Warner t-case and keep it 4wd so its unique. As far as I know there are no 2wd spindles that will bolt in place....

X2, you'll absolutely shred the **** out of the transmission before you'll ever hurt that T-case

already got the tranny handled FTL level 5.... you cannot tell me that the chain in my transfercase will hold up to the power I will be making

What kinda power do you think the F1 383 will be pushing once you swap over to multiport around 850 at the flywheel?

Well thats what we are shooting for, I am planning on also giving a bit of spray nothing more than a 100 shot to help get it moving :)
