I run the loudmouth I's on my truck. If your gonna dump it, do it just over the axle. They are loud. Well, they arent too bad if you still have stock manifolds and cat convertors, but once those are gone its a whole different animal. For a while I was using two dynomax bullets to quiet it down some, but I missed the loudness and took those off. If money is a concern, go with just the bullets because you can buy two dynomax bullets for the cost of one loudmouth.

i have mild 350 crate motor with a small cam headers 3" piping and super 40 flowmasters true duals and it is very loud inside the truck and outside but i want a little more.
and to the op either of those from what i understand are louder than the flowmasters so either would be a good choice. if i were you i would either keep the tailpipes or dump after the axel but that is just me
The Loudmouth is loud, it's what I have on my Camaro. Sounds better and flows better than a Flowmaster.
I'd dump it though, get rid of that tailpipe.

You want the Loudmouth I's. They are the loudest. Thats what I have. Inside the truck is actually barely noticable until you really hammer it, but I have longtubes and no cats. With stock manifolds and cats, its louder than a flowmaster. The loudmouth is also louder than bullets, but bullets are cheaper to buy, and do sound better than flowmasters as well.

Well I got my slowmaster cut of saturday and a Slp Loudmouth I put in its place and dumped after the axle..... I Love It !!!! Sounds great.. louder, deeper and no more cab noise than i had with my slowmaster and stock tailpipe.... I bought a pair of SLP's from marylandspeed.com and a friend put one on his 2008 5.3 extcab, great sound from both for anyone thinking about this exhaust go for it .......
Also My truck feels more like it has more torque
but may just be in my head
