I am looking for the whipple parts list for this kit if anybody has it. The kit I have seems to be pretty darn complete but I would still like to compare it to a parts list if possible. So if someone has it please let me know, I would much appreciate it.

I was able to get a parts list from Whipple which has proved to be incredibly helpful. If anyone else wants it just let me know and I can email or try and get it posted somewhere.
One of the only things that I can see that are going to be a slight problem that I haven't been able to get are the bushing/spacers for the two idler pulleys. I can probably get some machined but I don't have the dimensions on them. The pulleys themselves are easy to get as most parts stores carry the Dayco pulleys. Any help from you Whipple guys out there?

88-94 idler pulley spacers work great. I went to the junk yard, pulled acouple idler pulleys off of some tbi trucks, disassembled and took the spacers and they worked good.

Whoa! Are you kidding me! That is awesome news! So I am looking for idler pulleys of a 88-94 Chevrolet truck? 5.7 Block I assume. Really appreciate the reply that is incredibly helpful.

Haven't had much luck with junk yards around here. I posted a request to see if someone could point me to a diagram that I would need to identify the part. Would you mind looking at the diagram and letting me know which pulley it is that I am after. Just trying to be sure. Thanks again for you help.

#13 idler. I know when you go the the junk yard and pull one off they are held on with a clip so I'm assuming if you order the pulleys they will come with the spacer. then you want to remove the clip and slide off the spacer.

Oh so these need to come off of 7.4 trucks not 5.7. My mistake. Damn I must sound like a newb.

Damn now I am confused because I wentto GMperformance parts and they have the part listed for both engines. Just gonna go have to look for myself I think LOL. Just trying to save some leg work.

um..no they come off 5.7L lol...if you ask for a 88-94 idler pulley off a 5.7L tbi there is only 1 that I know of. Also if you dont have a gasket for the throttle body to mount to the whipple that is infact a 454 7.4L gasket.

Perfect! Don't have a gasket either. One more time then please clarify this for me then. You said #13 in the 5.7 diagram that the poster in the other thread put up:

#13 just seems to be pointing to a bolt that holds the idler bracket on.
So I assumed you meant item #13 in the 7.4 diagram:

Please just let me know. REally appreciate all this help as it sounds like you have been down this road before. This is my supercharger install on chevy (put a vortech on a gen 1 Lighting) so some of this is a little new to me. Any other advice you can think of would be greatly appreciated. Besides these idler pulleys the only things I have to get are:
1. The two silicone sleeves. The one that mounts between the throttle body and the crossover air duct and the one between the intake adapter and discharge side of the charger.
2. 13" Fuel line to connect the extra injectors.
I actually don't need a throttle body gasket I don't use my throttle body. The used kit I purchased actually has a trottle body mounted to it.
Another question I do have for you is the boost solonoid/FMU don't know exactly what this one does yet connects to the whippletronics. I had planned on putting it inline somewhere right have the fuel filter. I can't seem to find a sinlge mention of it anywhere in the Whipple instructions besides the parts list. Any ideas?

#13 pointing to the idler pulley and I didnt run any of the aux fuel injection systems. I bolted on the basic supercharger and had my computer tuned to run the supercharger without all that extra electronic stuff.

OKay I just wanted to make ure because according to those diagrams #13 pointing to the idler pullet is on the 7.4 diagram. I have considered not using the whippletronics and to just use the stock computer with a tune. I didn't plan on doing the marine intake upgrade though which allows for the bigger injectors. Besides I kind of like those extra injectors spraying a little fuel on that hot ass air right before it goes into the engine. Did you not use the shut-off solenoid either?

I dont have a marine intake either. I did my fuel pressure tests before to ensure my fuel system was good. I then did a fuel pressure test after and I am putting out plenty of fuel that whipple calls for. But from my readings on FSC I am close to borderline for the vortec's fuel delivery system.
