Some how I got a little overspray on my front window from a rattle can. Whaat would b the best way to remove it

Lacquer thinner on a rag, careful not to get any on the paint that is supposed to stay or plastics etc.

why was there a rattle can near your windshield or your vehicle for that matter?

Razor blade and glass cleaner or a Brillo/steel wool pad will work too.

Because I shaved my door and wass putting some primer down an i guess i just didnt have that one area masked off good enough

steel wool pad works good, that what we use at my bodyshop, the use a airgun to blow the metal off that comes off the pad

Razor blade and steel wool like the others mentioned above. The idiot across the street from me was spraying his house and with the direction of the wind it got all over my car. Had to overspray on every single window of my suburban. :(
