i am building an engine for my 1969 c-10 with 3.73 posi and springs. it is a 400 small block with stock everything right now. i am thinking about just sticking with stock heads right now and just port them a little bit. i dont have the money for new cylinder heads. i will run keith black aluminum 10.0 comp pistons. an edelbrock rpm air gap intake and a holley 700 cfm carb. i am thinking about the comp 280H cam with 1 5/8 headers. it will be hydraulic flat tappet cam. the engine will be used for street and maybe some 1/4 miles. it has a th350 tranny that i am rebuilding also. any comments or questions will be great thank you.
