I have RCLB 07 classic HD. This is single in and single out stock. I am planning on putting some exhaust on but I do not want to cut the factory pipe because I am going to keep it in case I dont like it or I want to sell the truck. Has anyone found a Pipe/adapter that will bolt to the factory flange. It is a 3.5" pipe with a 2 bolt flange, the bolts are about 6" center to center. Any help/ideas would be good!

Sounds like a ball and socket collector. If you purchase a new catback it should come with a new intermediate pipe and it should come with a collector that fits your stock application.

There is no kit for a RCLB. Is there anyone that knows where you can just get the intermediate pipe So I can do my side exit idea.

Hey Guys, I have an '06 Ext Cab Long Bed 6.0L Gasser and am trying to put together a Magnaflow dual Exhaust side exit setup. I want to do a 3inch DI/DO muffler with tips exiting right in front of rear tire passenger side (tips close, almost touching). I was looking at Magnaflow muffler# 12599 and Magnaflow tips #35116. When I called the shop, the guy told me due to the long muffler the tailpipes will need to go forward before they turn back to meet the tips...does this sound right? Has anyone here done a successful Magnaflow Setup on a 6.0L? I just want the side exit style because I'm sick of seeing everyone doing the split-rear style behind the tires or pea-shooters by the trailer hitch.

I am not super familiar with the hd exhaust set up but IIRC you have dual 3" pipes. I did a similar set up on my buddies 1500. his is a single in dual out, but i would assume your application would be similar but with 2 mufflers. we cut the intermediat pipe back far enough so the the muffler could be installed then a 90* bend could be welded on then his tips. We used a 14" case flowmaster which meant we cut the stock intermediate back a good bit, welded on the muffler, then welded on the bends, then welded on teh tips. Pretty easy actually. I would think you would have a similar set up. I have never seen a set up that went rearward then came forward. You would need to cut about 2 foot infront of your current muffler then go from there. Does that make since?
