quick questions

i have a 96 c1500 with the 5.0, and i've always kind of thrown around the idea of supercharging it but i've never seen a kit for my truck. so will the kits for the 5.7 work on my truck? and i'd be running the stock tranny and don't want a whole lot of power so what kit would you guys recommend? and what kind of power do you think i could see with a low key kit with the stock tranny and stock everything for the most part besides maybe a custom tune?

Youd want at least a shift kit and vette servo in the tranny. Kind of a guess, but Im pretty sure a 5.7 kit would fit the 5.0

yea i plan on those, most likely billet though. my stock tranny has almost 110k on it so i'll most likely see it go with a blower and some other mods. i'll throw the shift kit and servos on when i gets rebuilt or i buy a new one.
