what are some home made tools you guys have gotten or made that are usefull

ive cut home made wrenches out of steel plenty of times. made some clamps before. thats all i can think of off hand. i know i have made some other more specific tools.

I've made a few, can only think of one off the top of my head. I used a 5/8 open wrench, hammered a deep well 10mm socket into the wrench and tacked it in place. You run a small flat head screwdriver down the socket and you've got yourself a $5 valve adjust tool for a Honda. Beats paying $68 from blue point.
