06 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke

Irregular no starts. Turn the key and it cranks and cranks but no start. Roll down a hill, pop the clutch and it fires right off. 60,XXX on the motor, just had turbo and egr cooler replaced under warranty. No codes or CEL.

Any guesses? Typed in a hurry, if you need more info ask.

I have no personal experience with the 6.0, 7.3 different story and different beast. but a close friend has one. He had a problem with random no starts, It had a leak in one of the fittings from the high pressure oil pump to the injectors. Not enough force to get a good burn resulting in just cranking and cranking. When it cranks and cranks does it dump fuel out the exhaust?

I could be wrong it could be something simple check your batterys, relays, and fuses.

I have a 06 mine did something similar. See if your oil filter O ring is seeping, thats what mine did and it would start like a PITA. Changed to oil filter and it was good after that.
