When i bought my truck... well it had light scratches alll over it and would look real bad in the sun. So ever since i bought it iv clayed, polished, waxed it about 2 times a month and washed 4 times a month(owned it since sep)
I came to a conlusion .. I wax the thing to much! so i went this route.. every time i wash it i dont like the finish of it and have to wax it.. so i bought this ! it works wonders.. i love it ! removes water spots and gives it a nice shine!

Mine was the same way until I discovered the art of polishing. I have also since learned that most detailing products are loaded with fillers that hide scratches and swirls temporarily by filling them, but once it rains or enough time passes by that the product wears off, all the defects become easily visible again. If you want those swirls gone, you'll eventually need to have the paint polished to permanently remove them.

^^^ There is your answer. The paint needs to be corrected. A Porter Cable buffer and some product like Meguiars M105/M205 will clear up the swirls and fine scratches. Most of the micro-scratches/spider webs come from regular washes. Be sure to use some quality soap and mitt. Wash in strokes along the panel lines, not in circles. Even with that the scrathches start showing up over time, but they are not bad and can easily be removed. You just need the right tools and some time.

Porter Cable 7424 and Adam's polishes work great. detailersdomain.com has a that stuff for reasonable prices. It is a premium product like Zaino but it does a hell of a job.
