So here is my issue, i have no idea how i want the front anymore. the back i would like to see it chopped with a matched handle and the chrome on the bumper matched. The front though. i would like to see a few different ways to get a bearing on how exactly i should do it, match the handles and mirror caps (maybe whole mirror?) and the grill maybe just the lower part where the first billet is, then with both the lower part and the cap, then just paint it all? I'm so frustated with it right now i dunno what i wanna do. better idea pitch some ideas for the front (no HD) im open to suggestions

How about just the front, color match it all leave the bowtie and billet is that a more reasonable request?

My Color Matching skills suck but I gave it a shot.

I know it doesn't really match the gray of the truck but it was the best I could come up with.

Maybe someone with some Skill will help you out.

After looking at the pics on the screen I see that it REALLY Sucks LOL. Sorry Dude
Maybe my post will bump it up to a Good PS guy will take a shot. :D

Mine was worse, by far. I think that second one is the treatment that its gonna get, match the entire thing leave the billet, I should look alright

My bad, I was just really bored, wanted to try my skill at color matching, usually i just do black accents (tint, black paint, black wheels that kind of stuff)

Did you just put an opacity over the grill?

Not exactly, Was a bit more complex then that. with this Chevy it was much more easy then say a Taurus... most the new Chevy's have distinct body lines, i copied the color i most saw in that edge that looked familiar on the grille and painted it, faded it a bit messed with the contrast and stuff until i thought it looked close enough to the real paint, with chrome its such a deep reflector you can opacity mostly anything and get a paint like finish, maybe not metallic though lol

IMHO for the front i would just color match the black area under the bumper I think its called a valance? other than that i think your color with the chrome looks really good. And im not a fan of chrome but if it looks good i have no problem admitting it.
