ok my dad has a 92 mazda 4 wheel drive pickup. he was on his way back from are cabin with a the snow cat trailer hooked up and it started popping light fuzes, so he kept replacing them. when he got home all the wires on the trailer were melted. then he unhooked the tailer and his truck started acting up. it would run for a bit then die. then the relay would click and keep on clicking, so i started unpluging stuff and it finally stopped when i unhooked the injecter rail; i thought it was that relay. so i put a new relay in and it still did it. I checked fuel presure; it doesnt get fuel presure till you turn it over. it stayed at about 35, 40 pounds. so i did a volume test it pumped about a cup in 10 seconds. then i checked spark, it has spark. then i checked a injector that worked. i checked resistence at the injectors they had 5 ohms. then it wouldnt start. so i checked the cap and rotor they were fine. i checked the coil that sparks. Next i pulled the valve cover off and cheked the timing markes they lined up, so i put the cover back on and timed it. It then started, but ran a little ruff so i unpluged the mass air flow and it ran better but still had a miss. so i plugged it back in; it would then stay running untill you press the gas peddle down and let off quick, then it would die. so i unpluged the mass air flow and it would run when i did the same thing but it still ran ruff. so i put a mass air flow off a 2 wheel drive mazda and it does the same thing it dies. then i pulled the o2 out and checked exhaust pressure and it read 0 and went up to about 1 max. So i pulled the 02 out of the 2 wheel drive and put that in it didnt help. i dont know what it is? we tryed hooking it up to the scanner but we couldnt get any info off the comp. im going to try the scope on monday but that can only tell me so much. i need help i tryed everything, im stuck. has anyone had this problem before? what can it be? thanks
