You will need a spacer, longer bolts and flexplate.

I assume this is a 5.3 that is going to be used in front of a 1996 4l60e. 700r4 was last used in FSC's in MY1992.

ok, dont i need a new flexplate. what about the bellhousing?

Everything needed is listed. If you read my post #2 of this thread it reads "spacer, longer bolts and flexplate", the bellhousing pattern is the same between all smallblock generations and BBC except for 1 bolt, but that doesnt matter, the bolts hold the trans on teh block, the dowels take most torsional loads.
