Been waiting for a response back from blackbear, left several emails regarding by retune, even made deposit already, nobody will give me a call back. been over a week and a half now. Not like blackbear.

Spam is unsolicited junk electronic information being sent to you or posted in a public forum.

Scams are when you pay for a service or product you don't receive.

BlackBear is too involved in this forum and others to let their reputation be damaged, so I'm sure it is a misunderstanding with a valid explanation.

You aren't being spammed, and odds are you aren't being scammed either.

Yea, I don't feel like I am being scammed at all, I just wish they had a phone number where I can call them. Been waiting patiently, you know how it goes. In my opinion, e-mail only is not the best way. I used to have his #, wish I still did

Been wanting to send my pcm in to them and like you I can't get any reply from them. I may just try somewhere else.

Based on your location listed here, I can only assume that this is Jason. After reading this posting, I was concerned that there may have been some issues in contacting us, so I looked into your emails. After reading through all of the conversations back and between you and Justin, it appears that he has responded to every one of your emails, most on the same day, with no more than 2 days between responses. Your most recent email was sent just 22 hours ago, and more or less was just some information about your vehicle.

Between the 120+ specific emails we receive daily, tuning meets, forums, and tuning, we are all working very hard to accommodate everyone. If phone calls were an option, you would see a significant decrease in response and tuning turnovers. Emails are our best means of communication, as it allows us to multi-task (email, tuning, ordering, forums...etc) all at the same time, whereas a phone call requires 100% of our attention, and takes away from other important tuning functions.

Thanks for responding. Yes, that is about right on my last email, not here to complain, but have been a few more email than that. I sent in a deposit over a week ago, and was looking for some info, maybe even a ship date. You have my email. I thought maybe my emails were getting spammed, take no offense, was just wanting a response.

Your deposit was received just under a week ago. I received your PM with all of your specs, however, your PCM has already been shipped and is on its way, so you should be receiving it shortly.

Just so that everybody knows, I have heard of no problems with Blackbear Performance, nor had any of my own. This was a problem with my outlook express and BBP is not to blame. Problem has been fixed and I feel stupid. The whole email problem was on me. Sorry for any misunderstanding
