Transmission popping

I have a 94 k1500 with a 4l60e in it. Today while driving i gave it more gas to pick up speed and nothing happened, rpm didnt change, it didnt pick up speed or anything, then out of nowhere I heard something pop and it changed down or the converter unlocked or something. The pop sounded like it came from underneath my feet.

Nope it still does it. I also noticed that it acts like it doesnt want to shift and when it does it takes longer than it should.

fluid level good? filter clean?
line pressure good?
