Old style air cleaner 96-98

I know this has nothing to do with performance but I am trying to find out what ALL I need to do what this guy did...

I bagged my truck and dont have space for the stock one (and I dont like how it looks) If you know or have pictures of trucks like mine that have an aftermarket intake please let me know

You would have do do a "Speed Density" tune on your truck and relocate your IAT sensor to run that type of air cleaner.
