average cost on replacing...

I need to get my cab corners changed. What is a good ball-park price for this? I'll take the bed off myself to cut down on labor costs. A local shop told me $600, just curious if this is fair or not.

That seems about fair with labor involved. I guess that includes painting it?

If there's anyway you could do the cab corners yourself and then have the shop just paint them that'd be even cheaper! Once you've got the bed off it's not hard to do :dunno:

I've never used a welder before. - yes, that price would include paint just on the corners since she's going to be repainted in the future anyway.
