With your mods listed and since your in the TBI Tuning ECM/PCM section of the forum, I would highly suggest a custom chip. Fastchip.com or TBIchips.com are some that you may want to look into.

There's not a lot changed on those mail order chips although TBIChips.com does have a great reputation and has done real hands on tuning of built engines. Before you spend that kind of money you could buy the equiptment needed to burn your own. Software has come a long ways in 5 years making it easier. Still a learning curve though, if you don't have the time then buy a chip after you send him a good datalog.

here is what I would do:
stock intake setup with the heat flap taken out and the siliencer tube taken out of the big box
crank and alt pulleys
Hooker longtubes
2.5" y pipe into 3" high flow cat and then muffler and exit of choice
throttle body and injector spacers and shave the ridges in the TB.
then a chip for TbiChips or Fastchip which I have and love

x2 i wouldnt buy a new ported throttle body just do like he said shave the ridges on yours, and get another injector gasket to make it a injector spacer, personally i love the sound but no cats for me, take em to the scrap yard get some money and get bigger injectors.

no need for bigger injectors, you can either send them out to get flow matched or get a adjustable fuel pressure regulator adn guage setup to bump up the PSI.
