photoshop request

can someone take this..

and add a 4 inch cowl and a color matched smoothie front bumper and grillle and put some paint kind of like this..

only with straight lines lol. i want the middle part on top of the cowl and i want the pieces in between the grille and lights to be black like they are now. i can visualize it for the most part but it would be awesome if someone whos really good at photoshop could do it
