Just a question for the gurus out there. Since it's starting to get nice out I'm planning on having a field day with some Poorboy's products, the 7424, and the TBSS (maybe the 96 too if I can find the motivation.)

Does anyone have tips on how to wax using a random orbital? I've seen how to buff using one, with a different bonnet over a normal pad, but was wondering about paste wax application, specifically Natty's Blue.

Thanks.

there are SO many videos out there with good info.
http://www.adamspolishes.com/t-videos.aspx is just one.

I paired the PC 7424 with a Meguires 105/205 kit with AWESOME results. My fiance has a '02 black civic si that was neglected. When I finished, she said it looked like I had repainted it.

I apply everything with the DA, including the wax; however, I am not using a paste. I've seen pastes that say they are good for machine applications, just use a putty knife to apply the wax to the pad. As long as you use a different pad for each product, you should be golden. Experiment with pressure/speed/time that you work the product on a small area. Once you find a combo that works, knock out a panel at a time.
