Wow, that looks great. I'm diggin the stance, though I do agree about the fender flares, that would really top it off.
Nice start man, lookin forward to seeing mor eof it.

nice start. any chance you'd do a mini tub in the back to stuff some meats in the rear?

definitely need to do something about the wheels poking out. Doesn't look good at all in my opinion. There is another member on here that has 315s tucked on an obs truck and it looks good. Maybe you can find him and find out what backspacing his wheels are to get them to sit right.

my BS is 17x11 with 7" bs but im also running abut 3/8" spacers to keep the tires off the leaf springs. Im now running 345/40/17 toyo street slicks. i like your wheels i lot good start for sure

haha thanks but still have a ways to go. two weeks ago i pulled the 345/40s off for some autocross hoosier A6 315/35s to burn up around town and to use at the track. I see that the 345s have a little rubbing from the leaf spring on the inside from getting on it in the corners. Im now shopping around for the price of a 4-link coilover setup. the wheels were built for a 4link so once i get a 4-link under the truck i should not have any issues with rubbing and i should be able to tuck the tires some without tubing the rear. Might be awhile tho...i would like to do the AFR head cam swap i have sitting first.

These trucks always look good with a nice drop, how do you like the 350tbi with the mods? anything you would change?

Well thanks for all the reply's sorry it took so long for updates... Ive been working two jobs so not much time for the forum. As far as a mini tub goes I think I would get the wheels rebarreled before i did a tub... As far as the mods do im happy with them so far the only thing I want now is a custom tune and maybe some nice headers.

Well the paint job for the truck was put off for a while because i blew the money on a audio system... So hopefully I get some pictures up soon so your guys can check it out.

Here are some pictures as promised... We finished the truck on a friday night to compete in a DB Drag event Saturday morning. I took 2nd place in my class which I though was good for my first event. The next monday I was going back to work from lunch playing some music and the local PD wasnt to happy with my stereo. So I got a ticket for it and am now waiting for my court date, but the truck is back on track next big thing is going to be paint.
