94 gmc tbi to tpi swap

hey guys, I just bought a tpi setup and was wondering is my computer capable of running this multi port? if not then is there a way to run both computers? reason is I don't want to spend more money on swapping trans. also is there anything else I should be on the lookout for? this system came with the tpi harness/computer, and lti fuel rail/injectors, and harness. what should I do? my engine is to modified for the holley tbi to run it correctly.
