1970 GMC short wide 350/TH350, needs basic restoration. Is in fairly good condition to be 41 years old and has survived Louisiana lol. The cab corners are good, frame is straight. Motor i suspect was rebuilt a few thousand miles ago, only noise from the motor is on number 8 cylinder-rocker needs tightening down. I really dont want to get rid of it but im not a point were i have enough money to fix it up and i need tha cash to fix my clutch in my 94 along with the rest of the transmission. All the lights work except the front park lamps. Blinkers do not blink. Power sterring pump and trans are leaky, engine doesnt use oil and doesnt smoke. It's set up for a/c but the bulk of the lines have been removed. the condenser and canister are still there tho. needs new tires, the paint and body work are very novice. but the body is in very good condition, minimal rust. Has no bumpers, rolls pans front and back. Somebody lemme know. I've been askin 1200 but no one locally thinks its worth that much but i dont think they appreciate the value of the truck. IMO that is.

also it has a 750 cfm rochester quadrajet, the primaries only open up becasue the primary vacuum break is faulty and the secondary vacuum break is non existent lol

Forwarded your info to my friend. He works here in Tx but has family down there in La. Hope you guys can make a deal.

Does it need a new floor pan?

I think the floor pan is fine just maybe some smaller portions towards the kickpanels and rockers, maybe just some reenforcement, but for the majority of the floor pan, its plenty sturdy

Can you take some higher resolution photos and email them to me?

EDIT: And was everyone okay in that wreck with the blue OBS? Frontal offset wrecks are the worst and that looks like a really hard hit.

I guess my friend and his dad went dead on you. I would love this for a future build of my own but have neither the means to transport it to and store it in my place in MD. I could plan out the build in my mind though. (sigh) I hate not having stuff.

Yea, i just suffered from intense pissed offness and a bruised shin, and my fiance busted the windshield with her head, luckily she has a hard head. Tha guy that hit me broke jis colar bone, not that he could feel it with all that crack in his system....and as far as pics, i apologize for the lack thereof, times are hard and im workin odd hours but as soon as i can get access to a camera, i will definately post more pics.

I feel ya, i have stuff, that at one point i wanted but somewhere along the line fate had it to make me miserable with what i have lol, every damn vehicle i get just goes to sh*t with absolutely no warning or help.
