I rebuilt the 4.3 in my 1990 c1500. It's really not too hard to do yourself. You just need basic tools. The only special stuff you will need are an engine crane and stand which you could probably borrow from someone. And a torque wrench, timing light, ring compressor, a hone, etc. I rebuilt mine for around $500. That's with a new reground crank, new oil pump, rod and main bearings, rings, timing set, gaskets. What is wrong with the engine in your truck now?

whats wrong with it is it has slow acceleration and I hate it.
Is thier a way I can fix this?

Slow acceleration doesn't mean you have an engine problem. If you think you have an engine problem, check the vacuum and the compression or leak down. And do a complete tune up plugs, wires, filters, and the pcv valve. Check the timing too.
Do you have an engine light on? Does the truck smoke?
Even if all of this checks out, you could have problems.
But I'm guessing it could all be in your head. Did you just buy this truck and decide it's too slow and needs a rebuild?
If you just want to go faster, click on the link in the thread in my sig.
And what year is your truck?

I haven't checked the vacuum and the compression, I do have a oil leak,
Ive done plugs, wires, filters, and the PVC valve, but not the timing thing,
my check engine does come on and off at times i dnt know why.
I got this truck in December 2010, they told me that they put a different motor in it, but they dnt remember what kind it was, so im thinking its not really a 4.3, but thats just me.?
my truck is a 1994.

If it's a V6, pretty much guaranteed it's a 4.3L V6. The big question is, what heads does it have. The '94 and '95 engines have the best TBI heads.
Cap, rotor, and coil are parts to replace too.
Figure out why your engine light is coming on. The proper tool is best, but a piece of wire works too. Jam it in the last 2 terminals on the top row. It'll flash fast, take a pause, and flash fast. Let's say it flashes fast 3 times, pauses, then flashes fast 4 times, that would be code 34. It will do that code 3 times, then it goes onto the next code. If the diagnostic system is fully functioning, the first code will be that but I can't remember the number off hand. Post the code numbers you come up with and I can look them up.

What do you mean when you said this "Jam it in the last 2 terminals on the top row" - how im I suppose to do that?

Look under your dash on the driver's side. There should be an OBD1 diagnostic port.
If you want the proper tool for the job, some parts stores and Summit racing sell what you need. It also comes with a book with instructions and a code list. It's around $30.
