Sounds like you're gonna have to do some deep cleaning...

I would remove the carpet and pressure wash the carpet and do a light wash to the metal floor

remove carpet, put on ground, take a floor brush with lots of upholstery cleaner and start scrubbing. Take the pressure washer (not too close) and give'r.

Let dry in the sun and then pop it back in.

depending on carpet color seems like you could always use bleach..that'll kill mold :looking:

Ugh sounds like this is gonna turn into a bigger mess then I hoped lol. I got a 94 f/s blazer grey carpets but the carpet is all one piece...could be wrong? Sounds like I got a fun weekend in stored for me...that is if this rain stops.

You have 2 piece. Passenger compartment and cargo area. I have a 94 BLazer too and I'm gonna replace mine with a full vinyl floor mat for easier cleaning.

personally if you have to take out the carpet id just go ahead and replace it.ive never been able to get rid of that smell from any fabric.

Floor steam cleaner. Not like a rug dr, but like a Haan steamer, there is a cheapie version called the H20 mop that would work fine.. You could also use a scunci or shark steamer... The steam will kill the mold
