I know the purpose of a "rubberized" primer is so that it can flex without cracking. is it really needed on the grill (of a 99 NBS)?
Can I just scruff it up, slap some primer on it, slap some paint on it, clear it, wetsand if I want/need to, and be done?
I figure I should be fine the last way. It's hard plastic and doesn't really flex to require a rubberized undercoat ... but I dunno :read:
