front bumper paint

well ive been wantin to paint my front lower bumper (where the fog lights go).just wantin to know what kind of paint an if you need to sand it prime it or just paint over it. ?

its an 04 chevy.

sand all the texture out with 220 grit.... spray a good adhesion promotor, then spray the filler primer... then bloock out with 400 and 600 respectively, then paint and clear. DO NOT do it any other way you will not be happy with it and it will peel off like a sun burned albino chicks skin.

I also have an 04 and want to color match my bumper valance and bumper cap... But im the worst painter ever. :(
