to my knowledge the transmission has not been touched. hasn't given me any reason to believe it needs it and I just took it from ks to cali and back this week.

Not sure, just throwing the idea out there :D

I know the 4l60/4l60e transmissions are due between 130-160K hence the question.

Gotcha, well no problems yet. My other silverados/ sierras all were at the range or way past with no transmission work needed except for 1.

in my opinion, you're asking way too much for it, fixing things that have/will go wrong with it don't always improve the value, they just make people leery of what they may or may not have to fix down the road.
