Whats a good asking price!??

Thinking of selling my 04 crew cab 1500 z71. It has 117k miles. its 4x4 with leather, bose, factory 6 disc changer, 20" oem gm wheels, and the few mods in my sig. I really love my truck but Im wanting to try something new I think. Blue book excellent private party value in my area is 14,390. If I select premium 20" wheels its 14,790. My truck is in great shape but "excellent" is considered perfect so I would say its between good and excellent! lol Suggestions??

I can wholesale this truck for 10800 all day and retail for 14900 and sell the hell out pf them. Don't take any less than 14600. Fyi from a dealer standpoint the wheels would make no diff. Wt wheels would be the same...2 basic focus points mileage and leather or cloth
