removing door panel on a 77 chevy c10

i need to remove the door panel on my 1977 Chevy c10 step-side and i am having trouble with removing the windo crank. i know there is a special tool that you can use but is there any other wat to do this? i really need this door panel off. thanks.

Yes, there is a tool most any autoparts store should have it. There's a retainer clip on the crank handle if you push the panel back you can see it. You can get it with a pick as well.
