4.8 - 5.3 Swap?

How hard is it to swap the two? I currently have a vortec 4.8. What all would I have to do to swap to the 5.3? And what kinda cost am I looking at if I already have the 5.3?

Well, since they are the same block and everything on the outside is the same it is a direct swap, all you need to do is get your computer updated(custom tuned) to run the 5.3L properly, or swap in the 5.3 computer. It will run on the 4.8 tune, but not very good.
