Shift kit

I have an 07 obs 1500, had gm do a recall for 1/2 shift slipping. A new accumulator valve was put in making the 1/2 shift very firm and very harsh wot. The other two shifts were not affected but are sloppy. In debating buying the hp tuners and tuning the truck and trans. Or maybe just a shift kit to leave it alone. This is just my daily driver/ plow truck not looking to race people or bark 2nd gear. I just want all the shifts to be the same. Anyone have any recommendations on shift kit or should I just go with the hp tunners and adjust it there?

for a simple easy to use kit look at the superior products 4l60EL kit for your application. if you are a little more mechanically inclined take a look at the transgo hd2 either of these kits you wont be dissapointed.

if you do get the transgo hd2 kit dont put any spacers into the accumulator housing.
