With my little 50 shot, I just leave it at the 28 degrees total (87 octane tune) that I normally run, but I put 93 octane in it when I spray it.
If you're running only 91 octane, I think I'd back the timing off to 23 degrees with the 125 shot. If you run cool (don't let it heat soak between runs), you may be ok with 25 degrees. E fans are really nice for cooling the radiator between runs and giving the heads a nice dose of cool coolant when you start up.

I'm running a NX "35" jet. It's called a 50 hp jet on their charts. I'm not positive it's rwhp, but from the delta mph I get from NA to spray on a 4900 lb vehicle, I'd say it is.
