Wheel Chop Please

Can someone chop these wheels on please. It will also be getting a 6" lift and 35's if you fee like doing that if not no worries. And also can you add 35" cooper stt's if you do lift it, thanks a lot.

Also how far out would a 17x9 with -12mm offset and 4.5" backspacing stick out? I'd assume not much if any eh?
