After I replace my carb, the gas pedal seemed much lower then usual. It's not really a problem, just a nuscience.

Is there a way i can make the pedal height higher?

Seems to me like you need the correct throttle cable linkage. Mine needs it too. The throttle arm on your new carburetor is probably closer to the firewall than the old one (I'm assuming a Quadrajet) was. You need to figure out a way to extend the throttle arm on the carb out to where it was on the Q-jet, which will basically tighten the cable up and pull your pedal off the floor.

I was able to push the bracket that hold's the linkage towards the firewall and that made the pedal much higher.

you might want to check your kickdown linkage cause after carb change its probably needs tweeked also if its an automatic just sayin summit makes an adj bracket if cant modify it any other holes closer towards front you could have put stud in?
