It sounds like you're looking for something that plugs into the ALDL port. OBD1 is not tuned that way.

It requires some different parts, that get installed in the ECM and connect to the ALDL port for logging.

Do some searching on here for Moates, who makes and sells the hardware, and Tuner Pro, which is software used for logging and tuning.

I have a SuperChips chip in my '95. They claim a boost of torque of 30lbs fts at the rear wheels. Their dyno sheet showed this, but it was dyno'd on a 2wd, so 4wd should show less.

The '95s didn't have the OBD2 port to plug in a programmer, on these it's done old school by removing the ECM from behind the glove box, opening the access panel and simply plugging in the chip. This is done piggyback style right on top of the factory chip, so need to remove it.
Before you call, you will need the code off the ECM, as they are specifically tuned to your vehicle's engine, trans, rear gear.
I definitely recommend getting it "chipped" it made a noticeable difference on my rig.
