Gonna put some 305/40 22s on the Tahoe with a McGs 2/3 drop kit using spindles. With the spindles, my stock spare (16") wont work up front. What should I do? This is the wifes primary vehicle and I dont want to have her driving around without a usable spare! Any help/recommendations are appreciated!!!

snag a spare 22" rim from craigslist? (long shot, but a thought anyhow)

move a rear to the front and use the spare in the rear if you happen to get a flat up front...??

Look for a new style 17" wheel to use for a spare. I would think from the junkyard you could get a wheel and tire for around $100 and she has a spare that will work.

Obviously the no cost(aside from time) option is to move a rear to the front if need be like already said.

If a 17" steel wheel would clear, there are plenty available, cheap, from the 05+ trucks.

Thanks guys...I thought about the easy one (moving the front to the back) but I have to keep it simple for the wifey! You know how that goes...I can hear it now..."so you want to customize the family vehicle and Im stuck shuffling 22" wheels around!"

Do the NBS vehicles that come with 20"s stock have a 20" spare? If not...is 17" the biggest 'spare' wheel available? My wife just wants me to order 5 22" wheels so she has a 'pretty' spare...but it will stick out WAY too damn much and get all jacked up from whatever bounces off the bottom of the Hoe!
