Few questions about LS swap...

I keep reading the LS swap threads and it gets the old wheels turning. I haven't found one that is specific about the swap procedure though. Is it a direct bolt in? I am considering it for my 95 TBI 350 truck. I assume I can keep my same 4L60E. Does it line right up so the old trans mount can be used? I know a new computer is needed, but how is it wired to the dash, a/c, etc?
