Went to do the valve cover gaskets on my '95 3500HD 7.4 and found the driver's side one is cracked all the way across the bottom rail, presumably from previous owner overtightening it. Leaking like crazy, need this sucker. I did find a pair on eBay of the correct type but hoping to just buy the driver's side, don't really need the pair or to spend the bucks on a pair.
This is the driver's side, aluminum stock cover (uses the rubber gasket that is sort of like an O-ring), has the oil filler hole and breather tube hole:

Sure, send me a pic please. Another member has a used set that should be the correct ones and I've already sent him $ on them but if yours are really nice, the correct ones, and the price is right, I might pick those up, too.
Thanks,
Richard

They look real nice...probably nicer than my 281K mile truck deserves. :D That grommet on the rear of the driver's side cover has a much larger hole than the one on mine, not sure what's up with that, hopefully the I.D. of the hole in the cover isn't actually larger. I haven't removed the grommet from mine yet.
Anyhow I do have a set on the way thanks to another member but what would you want for this pair + shipping?

its a standard size hole in that valve cover, the grommet makes the difference, you can swap the pcv valve to either hole on the valve cover with the same grommet.
how does $45 plus shipping sound? the o-ring gasket is in good shape and i will clean them up too.
i also have a set of aluminum valve cover spacers too, if your interested

I got my set from the member that offered them up before you posted, so I'm good for now; if I've got spare change for other parts later I may get them from you - providing you still have them. If not maybe someone else here could use those covers, they look good and the price is nice too.
