I've decided to swap out the blown 6.2 in my 1989 GMC Suburban for a 350 instead of sticking another diesel in. I have a brand new 350 TBI and 700r4 transmission in my 1988 Chevy truck (newer body style), that I had custom done for towing cars. If I got a computer/harness out of an square body TBI rig, will I need anything else for the swap? I know the exhaust will have to be redone and I'll be reusing the hydroboost. Can I reuse the diesel fuel system/filter and just stick a TBI pump in the tank?

your "base" suburban should be almost the same as a gas "CARBY" model so a CARBY to TBI conversion would do the trick
as for the tank /FUEL system an INLINE type of pump could use the "intank" parts and ONLY the inline pump forward would need replumbing BUT to go to intank "OEM" you would need to fit the TPI fuel lines to handle the PRESSURE
and the diesels do not have the evap emissions canaster/vapour lines as far as I know
