amp and speaker question

I just picked up some focal 165a1 rated at 6-60w rms @ 4 ohm and 120w max. I had planned on running a phoenix gold xs2300 rated at 75w rms @ 4 ohm. Is this going to be too much power for the speakers or am I going to be ok?
