Pacesetter LTs

Well I got a pretty decent deal on a set of pacesetter LTs and ORY $350 all still in the boxes. My question is does anybody have any complaints or problems with them? They are #72c2265 if that helps at all.

complaints: makes it harder to get your exhaust to a tone you like. The ORY is kinda clumsy going together at first, other than that enjoy the power. Oh, one more thing, the hardware they include sucks so just throw it in the trash.

Well that works out for me. I haven't found an exhaust tone I liked on a 5.3 so maybe this'll help. I was going to use GM exhaust gaskets any way.thanks for the info.

use stock exhaust manifold bolts as well.

ive got them on mine and i love em,
got them true dualed with h-pipe into flow 10's, sounds so nasty down low but too much pop above 4k rpm

I picked up the LTs and ORY last weekend. And after hearing the videos Jayson posted I've decided to start with spintech 6000s. I never have to worry about noise violations where I live so long as it sounds as good in person ill be ordering and installing them within a month. Provided I have the time off work.

I want to run pacesetters but am afraid of the new exhaust tones.

Do not reuse the factory manifold bolts. They are notorious for breaking anyway. Do yourself a favor and get new bolts.
