I have a 1965 C10.

I have the parts and the kit to replace the door pins and bushings in the hinges, as it sags a bit.

Do any of you have any tips, tricks or suggestions on what tools to use... the order of operations, etc., for this project?

Thank you for any replies.

It's best done with the hinges removed...
The factory had nylon bushings pressed in, melt them out (2-per) shove the hinge leaf to one end, and that will give you enough clearance to hacksaw the pin. repeat to sever the other half ..
The center area will fall out, but the ends are peened tight, use a punch, maybe add some heat (if I recall)
The new "oil-ite" bushings should then tap in, after the hinge is assembled ...heat the end of the pin to peen or mushroom to prevent the pin from climbing out. The benchwork time (4-hinges) should be less than 90min tops!
