Right side let go , don't want to replace complete system. 7.4 shorty.

what you mean right side let go? as long as its not crushed you should be able to get it fixed.

Thought it was a gasket , headers been on the truck for a long time , 2000 Classic Crew with a lotta miles... That 409 tubing they use isn't the best and I belive when I pull off to find the crack/leak good chance if I go to weld it , it will just blow holes.

Young co worker told me about this site , maybe someone has one laying around before I have to buy a set of Gibsons and spend a stack of Presidents on a exhaust re work.....

well if you can i would try to have it welded first. if the tubes dont look to bad theres always a chance to get a decent weld on it to hold. its worth a shot before ya buy all new. but depends on the condition of your headers. got any pictures of them?
