First question

Be gentle, this is my first time. My nephew has a 99 silverado extended cab. There is a water leak on the driver side above the window. I want to replace the weatherstrip for him. Is there any secret to removing the old one and does anyone have a show and tell for the installaion of the new one ? I am open to most all suggestions and appreciate any and all help.
