i wanna take a built 355 out of a 1979 truck and put into my 1988 chevy that has tbi i found the adapter plate to mount the tbi on the aftermarket intake what other problems am i not seeing that i may run into?????

Tuning, sensors, likely a different fuel pump and an adjustable pressure regulator for the extra HP. One of the easier methods for tuning is using an EBL, it uses part of the original ECM. Coupled with a wideband O2 sensor you can do all your tuning on your own.
Just curious, what are the specs of the 355?

You are gonna need some way to mount a knock sensor. I am not sure what to advise you on that. It is possible to mount the TBI intake manifold on the older style heads...just have to waller the middle 2 holes on each side a little bit. It is really not hard to do that...then you can use the original vacuum line for the brake booster, and have all correct bolt holes and such for bolting down the coil and such. It is something to consider...
