Headers/ converters for 98 454

I recently had my cat converters stolen off my 98 K2500 Suburban while the engine was being replaced. The cats were cut from just in front of the muffler and everything was taken. I ordered magnaflow replacement converters (front and rear) and Gibson 106S headers (shorty). The problem is the headers and converters don't line up. I contacted both Magnaflow and Gibson and was told the parts I ordered were a bolt on replacement for my year and model. Is there something in between the header and y-pipe that connects them. I have looked for an exhaust diagram and haven't found anything. Any ideas?

probably gonna have to add some pipe and/or bending if needed to make them fit.

there is a large 3 bolt flang that joins the 2 head pipes to the 2 going to the muffler. I think one cat is in front and one behind the flang. I just took one out of a 2500 pickup today. I'm in NC how far are you from the coast near va beach?

These are the headers I am using. Gibson said they were stock replacements for Suburban K2500 454 manifolds. They fit fine

This is the front cat converter I ordered from walker. They also said it is a stock replacement. But for them to work they would have to be bent out wider. The angle doesn't line up to the headers and they would hit the torsion bar.

Right now the "stock replacements" are so far off, the exhaust shop is going to have to fabricate the exhaust from the headers to the rear converter. I just can't get over how far off the stock replacement is. Was there more than one setup on 454's or am I missing something big time.

I used the Gibson GP113S they come with the down pipes to go over and hookup just infront of the cat. does magnaflo make the front part it might mate better.
