My old pick 'em up can be called a classic only due to its age. It's never been restored and has been worked all of its life. In other words, its all beat to h*ll.

1978 Chevy C20 Longbed, 350ci, 4-speed manual, heavy-duty everything

Anyway, I checked the local NAPA store for this and they couldn't get it. I need the bell crank Z-bar and all the innards to go with it. I called LMC truck 'cause they list it in their catalog (page 139, part number 32-6440) but they were unable to tell me if it comes with all the innards. Mine are all worn out and the end up against the bell housing is really off-center.

Does anyone make a rebuild kit for the z-bar? Do I need to replace the z-bar due to the off-center condition or will a rebuild kit fix that?

Thanks,
Kenny

Check www.classicparts.com . I know they sell the bushings and ball stud.

Thanks for the link to Classicparts.com. Their catalog lists several parts that go in the bellcrank but still no bushings. I wonder if they're an integral part of the bellcrank?

Well, seems they do have the bushings, only they call them plastic seats. I guess I'll call to place an order.
