Looking for a completely lightly used or new 3 inch lift kit for a 1990 K 1500. If someone has a link to a good deal on one new somewhere id appreciate that as well.
Thanks

I used the Summit 3" body lift. It comes with everything but the rubber bits to closeout the bed-frame gap, and the rear bumper brackets. The Summit kit looks to be a re-badged Rough Country kit, but $30 cheaper. The instructions were identical. Everything went together really well, the only thing that I needed to mod to fit was the steering shaft extension. The part that fits into the steering column was a hair too long. I trimmed maybe 1/16" off, and it fit fine. Front bumper brackets needed a few washers between the bracket and the bottom of the bumper. PRetty straightforward overall, and $180 to my door.

you mean reboxed performance accessories not rough country, and the bod lifts are about the best thing the 2-3 inch suspension lifts are crank only and those are free, not worth spending the cash on the whole kits

Sorry, the leveling kit I just bought for my 08 Sierra was Rough Country, you're right it was a re-boxed Performance Accessories kit.
Everybody's opinion is different, but I did not like how my truck rode with the key crank. Since it was my DD, and I live in MI where the roads might as well be rutted dirt, the key crank did not ride very well, there less than an inch of droop travel with a 2" key crank, and I still rubbed from time to time. I tried the free mod, then stepped up, the $180 was money well spent IMO..
The Money I also spent on Bilsteins HD's all around was also well spent after the cheap-o Monroe's broke/blew out in 15,000 miles.

keys do nothing for 88-98 obs style trucks now newer models it works well for. anytime you crank be it stock, ford or aftermarket the ride suffers.
As for $180 you saying the kit is that much? because the ones I saw for OBS trucks are like $500 and not worth it at all. Which keys period on OBS are not worth it.
