View Full Version : will 315s fit on a leveled z71 with a 2" block in rear and a 16x8 rim?

I have wanted a bigger tire i have 285s never rubbed even when it was bone stock was looking at 295s 305s and maybe 315s i have a 16x8 rim.i know that may hert my chances but whats the biggest size i can get with little trimming would like some pics.

Will be tight due to the rims. Will likely fit on OE rims with +offset, but a 0 or - will be pretty tight.

315's. 305's and 295's should fit.

I am going to assume you mean on an obs and no matter what truck then yes the wheels are going to make it a little harder.
if so then yes (these are 35x12.5x17)

i just saw a NBS yesterday that had 315/75-16s on factory aluminum wheels with no lift. looked like it cleared to me. it was obvious they'd been on there a while

well i think im try the 305s would get stockers just like them m/t 's to much to take them off.Goodlooking truck though love the obs i have put alot of money in mine and still going.

You should easily be able to clear a 315 with little rubbing. The rear block isnt even needed to clear this size tire but would look better with it in my opinion

yea already got the block sits leavel but made them 285s look like 265s

Is the obs lifted? Or just the front cranked and 315's or did you need to install blocks?

I prolly could have gotten by without blocks but I already had them in. They are 1.5 inch blocks not 2 and the tires are 35x12.5x17 not 315s.
